Now and Later Style...continued.....

Textured velvet and rich hues are symbiotical. It makes a perfect look for fall during transitional season. Obviously, I couldn't get enough of red all year round and thanks to the current red rave, why not dress in red and enjoy the good luck!

Photobucket
I know, maybe I should have set my house in Moroccan style such as.....

walking down this arching ceilings and colorful tiles..... or..

drinking exotic fruit juice with all my lovely girl friends at this fire pit!!!!!

The inspiration of my look comes from this mirrored hairband.

Timeless Chic!

I lost couple pounds over the weekends...probably just water detention on me is now GONE.  It seems a bit loose on me when wearing this Burberry Prorsum rivet-embellished sheath today. .... Thinking of alternating it or not?

I love the hot pink lip trend and have been wearing hot pink lip color quite often these days!!
How about you? Orange or Pink? Pick a side!! ^O^

Keep it Short or at least Fun-Pattern!!

I finally feel that we are at the same page as 2011 f/w runway show!!  As right now the temperature dropped and I gotta to wear warm coats again. I normally have a strong cold-resistant threshold but better keep up the strong immune system cause' friends around me are having serious flu going on one and another!! ><

I love cropped jackets, pants as well as my ever-growing-so-slow short hair style. I am keeping myself so amused just by going through those outfits I put together!! And I have a very consistent style.....heels, heels, heels, if not, wedges! ^O^

There is Always a Way!!

I have always found a million ways to wear my clothes or to carry my bags but I also have some friends who seldom wear/carry their luxe. clothes or bags just to keep those things fresh and new in the closet!  ^O^  Even so, there is one thing that no doubt we are in common;  We evolve styles from every single way of our lives as well as from each other's.  Aren't we just the luckies gal friends on earth!!!

Hope your friends share the same passion as you!!

I always liked FUR but never know fur collar could be so versatile.

We went all the way to Science Museum in SF city on Sunday. I didn't check the battery sack on my camera until it rans out.... pardon the pictures as they were from my I-phone!

Photobucket
Make great use of your clothes, and they are going to last couple seasons until you get rid of them.

See, I never re-apply my lip color so I never finish any of my lip colors......

You know, a guy w/ tattoo all over his arm complimented my Kron Kron shoes in Science Museum's Cafe, and a woman said that I smell good (I wore Hermes Kelly "cachet" sample from my SA ^^)......since when people all become fashion critics in SF city!! lol.

Photobucket
This is the most beautiful/colorful chameleon I have ever seen so far.
You know what, I got so inspired by his/her intricate color palette and I think I'd dress accordingly of those colors in the future. ^O^

Who says that you can't have more than 3 colors in one outfit!?! Those golden rules are not so suitable anymore. lol

What about TIm Gunn's new book of "Gunn's Golden Rules"? I am definitely a follower of his philosophy: Make it Work....just about everything!! ^^

Have a great Monday.

Hot in the air!

It is 104º F here in San Jose today!! HOT HOT HOT > <.....Scorching hot!! But since I am staying IN most of the time, I am glad that I didn't have a heat stroke even in my leather shorts today!! lol

Photobucket
Ann Taylor bib necklace gifted from Ann. There are tiny rhinestones and it looks incredible precious!
(SOLD OUT!!! ^O^)
I love brass baubles and they are great to jazz up any kind of looks.
I think Ann Taylor is doing not bad in business from swinging back to profit this season at their retails.

Photobucket
I had purple eyeliner today.

Photobucket
I don't really like to display my necklaces on a rack or anything, I'd rather store them inside the drawers. Just a few of my fave. I'd hang them on my vanity desk to keep my room look tidy.

Photobucket
Isn't that a gorgeous thing or what?!

Photobucket
No, I don't want to wear boots or anything seems COOL today even w/ leather shorts.
Something Kawaii it is. ^^

Photobucket
I bought this lace bat-sleeves jacket in Taipei and I am so happy w/ its look and good price.
It is made in Korea and these days most of Asians raved about Korea's culture, music, and styles...everything!!

Photobucket
Rrrr,... almost twisted my neck there.

Photobucket
Yu gave me this distressed lace "leggings" but it is so tight that I barely wear it pass my Bu**.  Therefore, I made it as leg warmer or arm warmer w/ elastic bands instead.

W/ necklace and o la la ~ my complete ensemble.

So, we are slowly renovating our Pergo floor to hardwood inside the house.  But mainly, it is our two bedrooms downstairs are given a face-lift first. Next? Should be our tiny closet!!

Photobucket
The warm color of this Maple "Mirage" hardwood flooring gives Ilona's room a very hospitality look.

Photobucket
Ilona normally climbs onto her bed to nap in the late afternoon. But she still sleeps w/ Abby upstairs during the night.

Sweet dream,  my little princess!!

Bobbi Brown Taupe (upper eyelid) + Mac Gold (lower eyeliner)

2010 A/W Trend! Inevitably we will see some things again and again every year..... While I browse through Lucky mag. my eyes were drawn by this classic and simple cape.

Photobucket
(left below) The camel cape w/ brown trim is by Lauren Moffat

Navy w/ red trim is so fun and eye-catching too!

Photobucket
She also has this timeless tartan textile outwear and skirt available on her website!

Lauren Moffat's design is simple yet classic.  You can also find unexpected colored textile which she made into fun skirts and dresses! Her pieces give you both Vintage and Modern look in one. Find a chance to visit her blog, would you! ^^

Inspired by her pieces, I dug out my tartan dress which I bought last year. It is so cheap that I didn't realize it is very much for "teenagers".....until I read the label. I didn't even know about the movie "NEW MOON" back then. lol. Well, I adore the pattern so much therefore, here it shows again!

This look was created last year and I had 2 dresses underneath w/ a wool vest on top...it was COLD!
You see, the tartan/plaid pattern is so classic that you'd never get tired of it!
