Packing Light (clothes for now) ~~ to Taipei!!

So, couple days ago, I pondered what kind of "theme" of my outfits I'd pack in my luggage to Taipei and Indonesia!! Then I read MadsAboutYou's comment on my last post: what's not to wear when she travels to Philippine?

That's quite a good way of eliminating USELESS clothes and keeps packing tidy! If you must looking fab. for some reasons, or some parties, .... there is always a place to SHOP, isn't it!!

Then I thought about my way.... "the theme"-- Ah, ~ PRINTS.... all kinds of prints. They do best when mix and match together. Digital or ink-jet, animal, floral, abstract,......doesn't matter!!! ^^

Other than Marni's vivid color combination, I love the conventional ways of doing prints of Dries Van Norton's collection.  I waited for sales to embrace myself in some busiest but also the pretties prints of his collection. (His prints is not digital print and thus takes a lot of work a.k.a expensive for those intricate prints to complete layers by layers.)

No matter how tired I am, dishes and house-cleaning is an inevitable thing to do!! ......there, when we arrived home, it was already 9:30 PM, and I am doing the dishes while DH takes kids for bath!!

We are trying this new Wi-Fi wireless memory disk and that's why Dh took a picture of me doing the dishes........ (funny) lol..

This is such a cool invention that the moment I got home w/ tons of picture I took a day, it already automatically uploads pictures to my computer.  It saves me the time of pulling out the card, and then looking for the memory disk which I forgot where did I put it (oh, I need gingo bioloba), and the time I wait for the uploading!!!
So far, we love its performance.

Great product,...not so cheap neither. $149.99 but I think it is worth the price. (I am not doing any advertisement here. ^O^)

The Rave of Digital Print .... in High Fashion!!

I bought Digital printed modal short sleeve oversized T-Shirt dress from Michael Angel. All of his design is so wearable!!

This is the T-shirt dress I bought. Emily print 18.

MODTV Michael Angel Spring 2010

You know what Digital Print is??
Ans: Digital printing is very similar to the laser printer that we all use at home.  But it is faster n' cheaper than screen print which use patterns to do layer by layer printing. Digital printing also gives the designers more freedom.  They are able to come up with a lot more patterns and designs because it is so cheap and easy to do.

Digital printing is one of Roberto Cavalli's new invention. There are a lot of designers who uses digital print technique the past couple years such as Stella McCartney, Basso and Brooke..just to name a few here.

The result look on clothes: The colors, even on a single dress, were so varied as to defy description. The more closely one looked, the more gradations one saw. The contrasting patterns and colors gave each piece a unique feel, and the patterns seemed to undulate as the models walked...(complete article: The Independent:Fashion)
