Earthy Tone.....Skate Fun.....Kids Play-date!

Note: Please join our beautiful accessory GIVEAWAY hosted by Laura and Me.

Niel's teacher told me that as far as the social aspect is concerned, Niel needs to have a play-date. I guess she really doesn't have any idea that HOW many play pals that Niel has outside the school circle. He is so blessed in that aspect!!!

I'd assume Niel probably told his teacher that the reason he missed TWO of his presentation assignments at school is because he has so many extracurricular activities after school.  And on top of that he also WISHES he has more time to play w/ his school-mate.

Well, Well, Well, kids these days are smart!! Way smarter than our time that they know their responsibility and they also know how to TALK off their duty!! ........ for that, I remind myself to make sure that Niel has to take consequences for not doing his homework and to make sure he knows the school work is No. 1 priority no matter what!!

Today is my daughter, Abby's playdate that we all go to Cal. roller skate for the very first time. For me, it is my first time in USA except for doing ice-skate couple times before. It feels like we are back in 80' when I was at school in that old looking pair of roller skate. ^^ DH and I take the chance that we had a romantic skating date...while kids are watched by other parents.

Aren't they two the prettiest princesses!!!?

(Oh, well, but you know me, I'd wear little during winter and then dress up a lot layers in a sunny day!! haha.....^O^)

Quality Time w/ Family at Burlingame!

You know, there must be a lot of moms who thanks for technology just as much as I do too....  ^^

Why?

When we are on-the-go, Iphone and I-pad are our life-saver, literally!!

Those cartoon movies or games are just a-touch away and they keep my children entertained while I can speed up or enjoy a little longer doing whatever I am doing.

We went to Burlingame city this weekend and we had a wonderful time there... high fashion and high technology.... I mean APPLE store where my kids can enjoy playing the latest games on i-Pad. NOW, whenever I mention there is an APPLE store in certain area that I am going to, I can see my kids' eye lighten up.... cause' they know, they wont' be bored anymore!!! lol

End of Summer Sandals.

I hope you all prepared for new school year.... moms for kids and students for themselves. Others for their annual bonus!! ^O^   I guess we won't have a small vacation before our Italy trip in October then.

I feel that I have to plan kids' schedule smartly so I will have time left for myself, for them and still get to have a restful weekend!! However, I am hardly punctilious about their school work but more of my childrens' manners. I think that's my #1 rule of cultivating my children growing up.  Agree?

Last weekend, I put away couple summer tops that I think I won't be wearing them anymore. And soon I'll have to store away temporarily this Chole sandals until next year.... unless I can incorporate socks w/ this sandals to make it works for fall.  We'll see then.

My birthday is around the corner and I can't believe that I can't find a decent Chanel bag for $3000 anymore. ~~ *sigh*

Any suggestion, girls? What would you be willing to spend on for $3000?

Shopping W/ me and my Friends!!

Do you remember the leather vest I posted? One is brown color by June found at Nordstrom and the other one is Gray color from For Joseph.

It turns out I bought the gray one from Joseph. They don't have xs size for me so I had to get s size instead, the arm pit would fit better w/ warmer clothes but the front is a bit loose on me if I don't zip it up!! Well, give or take is what I thought and well, it ain't look bad at all!! :)

We girls always go out shopping for little things once a while. For DH, and kids.... and occassionally we'd find something we like and we'd wait!!  The pre-sale is really not a big of attraction..... I guess we will have to wait till Christmas!!!!!

Anthropologie

They always have the most intriguing store layout and window display.

Oh, thanks-giving!! The only thing I won't eat as a tradition in USA is thanksgiving turkey.....just not interested in the cranberry stuffing at all. :P

Cute bag.

I have almost exactly the same look of that cropped jacket!

I adore this necklace very much.....like rain drops!!

I don't normally like brown so much but I notice I have changed cause' I wear more brown colors than before.... see, I also bought brown boots (camel Chloe short boots).

Yes, people do change!!!!!!

I was having fun wearing my skirt as tube dress or just as plain skirt!!

This is the original look of this skirt....

Me, Over-dressed???!!!

Credited to Instyle.com

I love that rustic RL looks on Blake Lively and she is also my current fave. actress.

If you think I am over-dressed, I would say you look naked to me!! haha.. Ok, just an excuse for me to step down!!

I always marvel how intriguing of the looks of Ralph Lauren runway collection every year. I am always a fan of all their collections, black label, blue label .... and even teens RUGBY. I have some pieces from their collection and they never outdated nor disappointed me each time I wore them.

I was just talking to my friends about how I am always over-dressed in someone's eye everyday. The thing is it is just a hobby, it's like a great chef cooks great food or enjoy a great meal everyday even s/he doesn't prepare the food him/herself. Once it becomes a hobby, it is almost hard to break it!! lol

My 5 years ago Miu Miu boots!! Love that distressed look.
It has zipper pulls on both sides, cool!!

Today I can't wait to wear my Ralph Lauren leather vest which I bought last year!!

I was looking for a distressed cowboy boots couple months ago ... until I remembered this pair!!! Problem solved, my perfect Miu Miu!!

I thought I didn't wear busy enough for the look. Hum.... maybe scarf during the winter!! :P

Nop, I didn't carry my Birkin out .... just thought it might go w/ the look.

Oh, I had to change the leggings to black hosiery as I think Birkin needs a constructed look to make the look well pulled together.

So this is another option....and yes, I love my Chanel matte white reissue day by day!! :)

Ok, that's enough for today's dress-up fun!!!
I guess 2 leather tops (vest & blazer) would keep me warm throughout this winter!!!

This is a YOUNGER me!!! Before my 25 years old anniversary birthday.... ha ha ha....

hha.... I pull out this look which I came up w/ last year!! Can't believe I blogged this far already!! *,*
That's my Chanel Rodeo Drive black perforated large tote!!! My all time favorite travel bag!!

Good night, girls. I have lots of "Gossip Girl" to catch up!!!
