I had thought that Michele Bachmann had said that seriously about the earthquake, but it sounds like from that article that she was just kidding...no worse, in my opinion than Obama's ridiculous "Special Olympics" gaffe.
I am not saying she should be president, my God, she wants to lower the minimum wage! But she was kidding, I think
