Emma Stone in Bottega Veneta Fall 2011, 2011 MTV Movie Awards Red Carpet

Yet-to-be-released "The Amazing Spider Man" Actress Emma Stone wore Bottega Veneta Fall 2011 to the 2011 MTV Movie Awards. It was worn--on the runway--by (yes, again!), Miss Carmen Kass (what is up with that???). The cocktail dress, featured black lace overlay and a lemon-yellow strapless dress underneath. I think she looked GREAT! Love the dress on her, love the clutch and the satin-covered pumps.

What do you guys think? Is Emma a "Ten" (Red Carpet Fashion-Wise) or ???

New Year's Eve tonight!!

Christmas to Americans is like Chinese New Year to Asians. It is the time for family reunion. We don't have much relatives here to get together, thus friends are next to family members that we'd talk about our wishes to for the whole new year. ^^ 


I will have a proper New year party on Saturday at home but before then, we will just wish each other "Happy Chinese New Year"!


No black outfit on New Year's Eve tonight nor tomorrow..... It is a new year that we embrace ourselves w/ everything NEW and good luck colors such as RED and GOLD, or in the most luxe. fabric made of SATIN, SILK...etc. Go put on all the deluxe colored outfit or wear a sexy, red hot underwear to draw all the good fortune around you!

Both Yu and I are very into big big oversize frame sunglasses..... 

Hope the big red umbrella and Yu's Satin pants and Bottega Veneta satin shoes, Hermes yellow Lindy-- a good luck color will bring us all the good fortune in "Rabbit's" year 2011.

I have tried Dr. Brandt's Time Arrest cream and love it! 

It would be a great beneficial for you to know about the underpinning process that your skin care product works.

I think it is convincing that any skin product combining natural ingredients w/ synthetic ones might carry a more effective agent penetrating into your skin.

Another nice fact about skin moisturizer I discovered is Glycolic acid moisturizer.  Glycolic acid extracts from Sugar Cane so it is considered a natural product which already differentiate itself from other synthetic chemical acid. Citric acid from Oranges also falls into Glycolic acid classification. (Read more here).

Basically, Glycolic acid moisturizer would provide additional function for your skin which not just locks the moisture at dermis or epidermis layers (the deepest level and outer most layers of our skin respectively) cells but also exfoliates dead skin cell and speed up the process of your skins renewing itself!! 

So, are you going to give those amazing product a try? Make sure you always test a little amount on your skin first.

January is a slow month...for me, at least. Therefore, it is a good time for me to read about new skin care facts, and learn new tricks about make-ups. Live a life~~ haha~ 

Oh, thanks to sweet Melody who bought me Bottega Veneta mesh no fingers gloves. Just in time to warm me up w/ an eccentric habit of wearing spring/summer style during this chilly winter time. lol.

(For a moment, I thought Melody is giving me a Halloween gift. haha..)

Even though it is mesh, It is actually very warm for its wool material.

One more thing, did you find your kitten heels already?

I think it is about time to store away that gigantic Christmas wrath and put on Chinese/Asia New year decor. ^O^

2010 Golden Globes Red Carpet Fashion: Who Wore What? Sandra Bullock

One of America's favorite "sweethearts", actress Sandra Bullock--who clinched the Golden Globes Best Actress Award for "The Blind Side" wore a violet iridescent organza gown from the Italian brand, Bottega Veneta Spring 2010 line.

It was strapless and rather sheer. For some reason, it just wasn't one of my favorites. The fabric looked a bit cheap and I am sure it was not. Her make up--especially those "cat eyes"--looked fabulous but her hair seemed a bit "moppy"--I sure it was the result of the crazy unusual Los Angeles rain.

With all that, it might not have been the best Red Carpet moment for Sandy, but how can you not love her anyway!
