So I have moved to San Diego

So the wife and I are closing on a $900/month 2 bedroom apartment near the beach...when I asked an AA girl if they had muggings here,she didn't know what that meant "Take other people's money, why would anyone do that?"she asked. And THEN today CVS charged me two dollars,forty cents for a twelve pack of Diet Pepsi, apologizing that the sale isn't till next week. As I stand here in the breeze (12 months a year) I wonder if I made the right decision...
