Floral Print Dress + One shouldered Design + Cardigan + Belt!

I never wear this Vintage Christian Dior two pieces dress in public which I altered it to one shouldered dress.

Today, it is a debut of me wearing this dress out to my acting class and the SF zoo!! Yay!!!

Ok, I know, I over-dressed again but what can I say, I am going to the city!! :P

I promised my children I'd take them to the zoo, so I had to get out of my acting class 1 hr. early. However, it seems my acting teacher, Mr. Greg, didn't see that coming when I told him around 1 PM during our 10 minutes recess and he is like "Why don't you tell me earlier?"... hah...well, part of me probably don't want to do my piece today since I didn't prepare it well and really don't want to waste my and other's time seeing me acting *crap* on stage. hahahah....

Anyway, here is my ODJ!! I love this beautiful dress and I think I am going to pass it to my daughters and hope one of them likes it. :P

Eliane: You are so right. I think I look better w/ less colors on my face --- nude make-up is a Do for me. :) I think I am getting OLD so better not put too many colors on face, just in case they make the wrinkles even more visible. hahahaha.....

Anyone tried RapidLash? It really works!! Those are real lashes on my eyes.... Love it!!



This is Make Up For Ever plum color eye shadow which I think works the best w/ YSL nude lip colors. :)

Nick Verreos Project Runway Season 6 MyLifetime.com Recap: Inspiration Challenge

Greek Goddesses? Santa Fe Turquoise Shop Owners? and Carole Cook Fantasies?

This week's Project Runway episode was all about the Michael Kors Inspiration Challenge. Surprisingly, he was there and not via SKYPE (let's take a moment for the fans to rejoice!). They were to design a look based on a fabulous locale. The whole time I kept thinking "Boy, I would have LOOOOVED this challenge!".Mykonos: My Season 2 Inspiration--for the entire show!

The Highlights (and or low-lights) of this Episode:
--Michael Kors: I can only imagine the sales associates at his Rodeo Drive Flagship, shaking in their cashmere Michael Kors turtlenecks when they found out that THE BOSS would be in the store.
--Christopher's Santa Fe ensemble: She looked like a waitress at the local Santa Fe Sizzler--or the proprietor of the local Trading Post.At least Christopher Straub's waitress at the Santa Fe Sizzler outfit didn't look like:
This...Or then again, maybe it should have!

--Carol Hannah Whitfield's leaf print Palm Beach look was Easy Breezy and perfect for the Palm Beach "it" girl. I still would have loved her more if she would have gone the whole Carole Cook Caftan route!

--Nicolas' Delusions of Greece: I love me some Nicolas but Lord knows what country he was thinking about, but it wasn't Greece.
NIKOLAKI Spring 2008: This ivory silk jersey one-shoulder dress above is Grecian-inspired, however...This grey and white pant look above, is not.

But not to worry, Nicolas Putvinski may have been "Auf'ed" by Miss Heidi, but he's done very good for himself afterward. In fact, Nicolas was part of the Oscars.com: Behind The Dress Designer Challenge in which designers from across the country were asked to design a gown to be worn by the Trophy Girl at the Academy Awards back in January of this year. He did a beautiful job and in fact, when I hosted that web-show, he secretly told me how he was on the new season. I promised to keep my "Uncle Nick" mouth shut! And I kept my promise. He was very proud of his gown for the Oscars Challenge and with his performance on the show. If only he didn't have to wait a YEAR to see it, was his main complaint (I hear ya Nicolas!).

GiveAway! GiveAway! GiveAway!! And Finally Linda Loudermilk!

Sorry that I couldn't post anything yesterday since the blogger.com is down and after I went to meet w/ Linda Loudermilk in SF city, I felt exhausted enough.

But finally here they are!! (Of course they are brand new, not the ones I used. haha.....)

Yes, it seems girls all love nude lip color, therefore, I decided to give YSL Rouge Volupte 2 to a lucky girl.

And another one is the Make-Up-Forever HD concealer (330). As long as your are not too tan, this shade works great!!

I normally don't put on any foundation except for two layers of premier and moisturizer sunblock. After I only dash a little concealer underneath my eyes, I feel it lightens my face a lot. I like it because I don't have to apply foundation all over my face and sometimes I'd like to put on a little eye shadow and want my skin be able to breath. :P

I finally meet w/ Linda loudermilk (center), a designer who are dedicated in designing organic clothes. She is so petite as you see I have to totally lean down! :P

BTW, that brown knitting wrap on her neck is made of organic MILK!!
