I am quite lazy these days as I skip my eyeliner ... but since I don't have HUGE eyes to BLING, I can't skip my lower eyeliner!!TRY THE TRICK: If you only do the middle lower eyeliner to match up the "diameter" of your black pupil, it actually POPS OUT your eyes more for you. ^O^
Can you see that only lower center has black eyeliner!!
