Thanks to my friends, Mandy and 素貞 took kids and I for a tour at 郭元益 Museum.( KUO YUAN YE FOODS) Kids and us both had so much fun of wrapping 粽子 (zong-4 zi), enjoyed yummy wedding cakes, and mung bean paste cake. We also played some games for different celebration in Taiwan.
The main ingredients of traditional 粽子 (zong-4 zi)...long grain rice w/ pork, and shitaki mushroom.
