Matte Eyeshadow OR Shimmer Eyeshadows?

Personally, I try to avoid too much shimmer during the day as I hate looking like I'm going to a party at 8AM (lol). Matte Eyeshadows are my top favorite finish eventhough my collection has A LOT of shimmery colors. hmmm. :-/

Are there any brands of eyeshadows that you prefer?

Do you think that Red Lipstick is appropriate for the office?

I have never worn red lipstick to work but judging from the looks that people give me when I wear red lipstick, I doubt that it's "neutral" enough for 9-5pm.

But, we know that men love the celebrities/models they see in magazines (let's say FHM or MAXIM) or in movies/tv. Those celebs are heavily airbrushed and made up to look their best.

For me, I wear my face every day. I don't feel like myself if I don't. On Late days, I forgo the eyeshadow and keep it basic with some Mascara on the eyes.
