Demeanor!!

Occasionally you might find one particular color is somewhat inimical to your natural complexion but I'd say it hardly happens when you wear the most colorful and abstract prints!! You know, it gotta be, the odds of "none of the existing colors flatters you" is NONE, right?! ^^

Whenever I wear heels like this elegant and retro, I walk sexily. { I certainly wouldn't want to fell in front of my kids' teachers, classmates, or their parents.... how embarrassing it could be, if I did, right?!!} Besides, I would tuck in my belly when walking in heels which adds a bonus to my gesture! {Then you know you have to do stretches for your toes and calves during the night to prevent them forming a bulky muscles.}.....*sigh* It is not easy to be a Woman and keep it up!! {Give ourselves a round of applause if we at least try!!} ^O^

Be Yourself; Make Fashion!!

Yu and I had the most fun and efficient shopping spree today!!
We both realized that we have been so busy w/ kids' school, outside school activities and cooking, minding house chores that we really need a break and go to the city. Just so, we can see what's display behind the windows and to keep up the fashion sense.....(Well, we can't go NYFW freely each season but we certainly still manage to stay on top of the fashion world!!)

Our day start with the most aromatic Blue Bottle coffee~

(Left bottom on YU: Chanel 11' striped crochet dress)

When I looked back my outfits, I think I had a crash for blue color these days!!  Not only Yu and I both picked navy as main color for our outfit (another make-us-freaking-out coincidence) but we also purchased Chanel 11' navy short full skirts at NM. ....can't wait to wear it! ^^

I definitely am not crazy but simply had the most fun with my outfit today! Strangers liked my sheer socks + Miu Miu platform look and also wondering if my dress is ONE piece. ^^

Red + Purple, a Suit -for a Good Fortune!!

I really like this shade of RED.... and surprisingly, this new acquisition of HM high waist fold-over pants has an identical red as my old ruffle-collar coat. They are meant-to-be!!

Photobucket
I am still quite not used to wearing hairband...it turns out I pull it down on my neck and work it into a necklace. ^O^

What happened later on in the afternoon?
My friend saw me pull it back on to my head and asked..."it worked both way????" (she did't see me wearing as a hairband at the first place.)
haha......... I said, "no, it actually is a hairband but I am tired of adjusting it all the time so I pull it down on my neck. :P

Maroon RED + YELLOW!!

Isabel found this Joie leather shorts w/ pleats in front and bought one for me too. Thanks to her!!

I love it very much and I think it has that timeless look which would be another wardrobe staple of mine! ^O^

Isabel also thinks we are undergoing a phase which super short shorts is deemed as inappropriate attire for our age.... (over 30s). Well, I can't quite argue w/ her and I do want to look more sophisticated for the years to come.

Photobucket
Can't stop my girls modeling in front of the camera.
This is the moment that they are willing to do things that I like to do.  ^O^

What is great about this Joie leather shorts is that....it has that body flattering pleats in the front!

Another great deal.

Looking at those pictures of  yesterday and today's outfits, I found there is an coincidence of my ensemble: two dominant colors of Yellow and Maroon.

You know, you really should go through your entire wardrobe couple times in a year to sort pieces out. Otherwise, your laziness and unstoppable buying behavior would left your entire closet defunct.  (I am actually talking to myself here!!:P)
